How does Vergil's World of V work?

Hey all, I am on my first playthrough with vergil right now and have been wondering how his World of V works in terms of input and resource usage.
So firstly, I noticed you can activate it when you are not on full concentration. Does that mean it will have a lesser duration or does it have no impact at which concentration you activate it?
Second, and most importantly, is input during World of V needed/does it increase the frequency of attacks? Like hammering square and triangle like on normal V (yes, sorry I am one of those clowns that never got used to his combos really). Do his normal combos even work?
Otherwise it would be pretty lame to just be in automatic god tier mode for 10 seconds and then go back to normal gameplay. Any advice appreciated!
Top Comment: iirc, World of V gets stronger and heals more HP based on the Concentration you had when you used it. No. More or less, WoV just gives you a breather for a few seconds so V and his familiars do their own thing during the animation.

I truly believe kaya ayaw ng PH media na maginvest sa descent CGI kasi mababa ang potential returns (monetary) dito. Sana mag work out to para di na sila matakot mag invest sa ganitong production.
